  • » Site clearance, enabling and site development works associated with 5 nr. Apartment Blocks, 2 of which constructed with basement car parks. » Bul k excavat ion of 12,000m3 for substructure works to all apartments, 5,000m3 of which was in hard rock. Bulk fill of 2,500m3 of lean mix concrete below Apartment ground floor slabs.
  • Filling and compaction of SR21 material to underside of FFL. Installation of all underslab drainage and services.
  • Installation of 800m of primary and secondary foul and surface water drainage lines up to 450mm diameter.
  • Construction of all main line manholes, road gullies and separators with manholes up to a depth of 3.00m.
  • Excavation, pipework and backfilling associated with 500m3 volume attenuation tank.
  • Installation of 400m of PE watermain up to 180mm diameter, including all associated valves, fittings and apartment connections.
  • Installation of circa 3,000m of ducting pipework for power, comms, public lighting with all associated chambers, mini-pillars, micro pillars etc.
  • Installation and compaction of stone in preparation for 1,500m2 of asphalt surface roadways. Installation of 500m of in-situ concrete kerbs for roadways.
