- Disposal off site over 80000m3 » Installation of Under slab drainage in the basements
- Under slab blinding before hand over to Formwork contractor
- Excavation and installation of 1350m3 attenuation tank and the Installation of 2km of Storm and Foul drainage up to 450mm Diameter ranging from 1m to 3.5m Deep.
- Installation of 2km of site services including ESB, Virgin and Public Lighting
- Installation of 1km of watermain pipework ranging from 80mm to 225mm, including all fittings and chambers.
- Construction of 3000m2 of Access roads including sub-Base Build up and Surface Courses
- Hard landscape finishes throughout the Development, Including installation of 2000m2 of paving and 1000m2 of footpaths. Topsoiling Completed around all blocks.
