  • Crushing of all demolished concrete on site for re-use as compliant 6F2 and CBGM
  • Earthworks including topsoil strip, excavation to formation and haulage and disposal off site,
  • Total Excavated quantity – 90,000m340,000m3 of CAT A unsuitable material 50,000m3 of Contaminated material (PFAS contaminated) including segregation, handling, stockpiling and management
  • Installation of all surface water drainage pipework including manholes 4,100m of pipework varying in sizes from 150mm to 900mm 130no. in-situ concrete manholes up to 2.4m internal and 5m deep
  • Installation of electrical ducting including all chambers 5,000m of LV and ELV ducting up to 16-way 110no. precast chambers
  • Installation of precast Gatic slot drain up to 600mm diameter
  • Placement of 80,000m2 subbase for concrete apron
  • Works undertaken both Landside and Airside with restricted access to minimise impact to aircraft movements
