Project Description
- Bulk excavation and disposal 12,000m3
- Drainage and ducting to Guardhouse area including high specification sealed concrete chambers
- 2,500m2 of finished asphalt roadway, line marking and road signage. Road finishes include coloured cycle track.
- Mixture of concrete paths and specialist paved finishes and granite precast kerbs.
- Installation of monument plinth.
- Specialist watermain installation inclusive of double check valves, flow limiting valves, washout valve, hydrants, etc.
- Installation of 400m of Type 1 retaining wall to perimeter of guardhouse (3m3 of concrete per linear metre of wall)
- Foundations and internal drainage and services and insulated slabs for guardhouse
- Campus perimeter patrol road including pencil kerb edging for 3km
