• Breaking out and removal of concrete slabs.

• Breaking out existing concrete slabs to allow for the installation of new channel drains.
• Dowelled connections to existing slabs.
• Tie-in to existing drainage pipes.
• Installation of new Aco Channel Drains.
• Reinstate concrete slabs including mastic construction joints.

Buggy Parking Area

• Demolition of existing area including concrete retaining walls.
• Construction of new concrete Buggy Parking Area.
• Construction of a new concrete access ramp to existing building.
• Construction of concrete footpaths.
• Installation of new drainage gullies and connections.
• Installation of Electrical Vehicle charging points.
• Installation of wheel stops, bollards, signage and road markings.
