  • Cutting and removing all shrubs and trees of in an area of approx. 45,200m2.
  • Demolition & Removal of 12 No Existing Dwellings including foundations, septic tanks and roadways.
  • Excavation & Stockpiling of approx. 10,000m3 of Topsoil.
  • Carry out Cement/lime stabilisation of 29,700m3 of soil to Site.
  • Installation & Construction of 225m of Sheet Piled Retaining Wall – Retaining to a Max Height of 4.5m.
  • Installation & Construction of 275m of Steel Post & Concrete Panel Retaining Wall – Retaining to a Max Height of 2.5m.
  • Installation & Construction of 70m of Contiguous Bored Concrete Piles – Retaining to a max height of 4.0m.
  • Construction of approx. 570m of Concrete Capping Beam to all Retaining Walls.
  • Construction of circa 4,200m2 of road makeup and associated works.
  • Installation of approx. 1,400m of foul and storm water drainage throughout the site including all associated manholes, chambers and gullies.
  • Installation of approx. 40m of Foul Drainage under local river using Thrust Bore technique and associated works.
  • Installation of approx. 1,500m of welded 160mm PE watermain included all associated valves, fittings, connections & chambers.
  • Installation of Pluvial Cube Attenuation Tank System to accommodate 680m3 of Storm Water.
  • Installation of all Ducting including, LV, MV ducting, site lighting, CCTV, telecoms, and associated access chambers.
  • Installation of 38Kva Electrical Ducting to accommodate ESB Diversion Works.
