Works Completed include:

  • Design and build solution for the full enabling works including the Cement/lime stabilisation of approx. 20,000m3 of soil to main building and surrounding surfacings.
  • Excavation and installation of 1,750m3 capacity ‘Ecocell’ modular geo-void attenuation tank system with associated protective membranes and pipework.
  • Excavation and construction of concrete pad foundations for structural steel columns. Preparation of sub-floor for circa 16,000m2 in-situ concrete floor slab.
  • Installation of approx. 1,600m of foul and storm water drainage throughout the site including all associated manholes and gullies.
  • Installation of welded 200mm PE watermain included all associated valves, fittings and chambers. Installation of all ducting including, LV, MV ducting, site lighting, CCTV, telecoms, car charging and associated access chambers.
  • Construction of ESB MV Substation including coordination with ESB Networks.
  • Diversion of existing Camac River via construction of a new 3.0m wide pre-cast concrete culvert which included liaising with Inland Fisheries Ireland to ensure the safe removal and re-location of all fish.
  • Construction of permeable paving asphalt surfacing to Car Park areas.
  • Construction of 300mm thick reinforced in-situ concrete slab for sprinkler tank.
  • Undertaking of all landscaping works such as topsoiling, grass seeding, bark mulch, wildflower meadow, trees, shrub planting and associated annual maintenance works.
