- Enabling works included the installation of haul roads and dewatering system.
- Demolition of 4m deep basement and podium slab previously constructed in 2008 and filled with C&D waste.
- Site clearance, piling mats
- Installation of all temporary services for the project
- Bulk Excavation of 3 nr. 4m deep basements under 10 apartment blocks
- Disposal off site of over 100,000m3
- Processing of waste on site to enable reclassification and reducing costs
- Construction of all Pile Caps, Lift Cores, Foundations and Crane Bases.
- Installation of all under-slab drainage and services.
- Installation of 2km of main drainage in roads, foul to IW spec and storm to DCC spec, up to 450mm in diameter. Construction of 90 no. Manholes ranging in sizes up to 4.5m deep.
- Installation of 7km of various service ducts and associated chambers.
- Installation of 1.4km of Irish Water Watermain ranging in size up to 250mm diameter.
- Construction of over 8,000m2 of main road including subbase build up and surface course.
- Hard landscaping finishes around all apartment blocks including bring paving and footpaths (incl. exposed aggregate)
