  • Excavation of Pile Caps and Under Slab Drainage and Services.
  • Construction of 250m airport road incl. drainage and services.
  • Installation of Storm and foul drainage, comms, MV, LV, and Gas underground services.
  • Crushing of 6,000ton of demolition material processed for reuse.
  • Grubbing up of ground floor slab and foundations of existing buildings and completion of Temp Road Diversions.
  • Installation and removal of temp sheet piling to allow for the installation of Crane Base.
  • Construction of Public realm Landscaped area.
  • Bulk Excavation and Disposal offsite 19,000m3
  • Hard Landscaping Package including;
  • Installation of solid Granite Benches incl construction of RC bases for benches.
  • Installation of Granite Kerbing 1,500 lm
  • RC Retaining walls, access stairs and Parapet walls,
  • Bicycle Shelters 3 No. All Street furniture installation.
  • Paving 5,000m2,
  • Installation of Drainage Channels 1,100 lm,
